Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our system; a small return shipping fee will be deducted from your total refund amount.
Pack Your Items
Securely place your jewelry in its original pouch and box, ensuring all tags are attached, and affix the shipping label to the outside of the package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
